This RWTH Aachen University Urkunde sample takes an unusual approach to the page: a fine blue line separates the personal details on the left from the award text on the right. German wording appears alongside English translations, with “Urkunde / Certificate” opposite the university’s blue wordmark. The generous spacing gives the design a quiet, understated feel.
Sample Details
The layout leaves much of the left column open, placing the recipient information above a compact bachelor’s award heading. Across the blue divider, the text names the Faculty of Mathematics, Computer Science and Natural Sciences and refers to completion of the bachelor’s examination. Smaller English translations sit directly beneath the German passages.
The lower right brings the signatures, faculty titles and blue circular stamp together. A faint university wordmark also appears near the bottom left. Most of the lettering is small and restrained; the blue branding at the top provides the strongest visual contrast. Personal information and several award details are blurred in this preview.
