This Wawasan Open University degree sample begins “In the name of the Senate” before confirming completion of the university’s requirements. The award title occupies several short lines in the centre. Far below, a large red seal fills the space between the Vice Chancellor and Registrar signing areas. The portrait page has a fine patterned background and no printed border.
