Two French statements structure this Université du Québec en Outaouais diploma sample. The first names the Commission des études and confirms fulfilment of the programme requirements. The second introduces the Assemblée des gouverneurs and the conferral of the degree. A large pale geometric motif sits behind the central text, while a scalloped gold seal anchors the lower section.
