Gold initials break up the blackletter heading on this Western Governors University diploma sample. Below, cursive wording records the Board of Trustees’ conferral of the degree on the faculty’s recommendation. A faint circular emblem sits behind the central award fields. The lower paragraph leads into two signing areas, with a blue-and-gold WGU seal between them.
